Terms and Conditions

Chapter 1: General Provision
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions regulate rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users when
the user uses internet services provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Effect or Change of Terms and Conditions)
- The Terms and Conditions take effect when the Company announces them on the website or by email.
- The Company may change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice when there is an inevitable reason.
In such cases, the Company will announce the changes through the service.
- Users can withdraw membership if they do not agree to the changed Terms and Conditions. If a user does
not request withdrawal within 10 days from the effective date of the changes, it is considered that the
user agrees to the new terms.
Article 3 (Rules besides the Terms and Conditions)
Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions will follow relevant laws such as the Telecommunications
Act and the Information and Communications Network Act.
Article 4 (Definition of Terminology)
- Member: A person who has made a utilization contract with the Company and is assigned
an ID.
- ID: A unique identifier composed of characters and/or numbers used to identify users.
- Password: A secret combination used to verify the member’s identity and protect
personal information.
- Nickname: A name chosen by the member to represent themselves within the service.
- Suspension: Temporary restriction of a member’s service usage.
- Cancellation: Termination of the service contract by the Company or member.
- Point: A score granted to members that can increase or decrease according to their
participation in the service.
Chapter 2: Contract of Service Utilization
Article 5 (Establishment of Utilization Contract)
- By pressing the “Accept” button after reading the Terms and Conditions, the applicant agrees to the
agreement.
- The contract is established upon agreement and approval by the Company.
- Applicants under 14 years old must obtain parental consent as required by the Company.
Article 6 (Application for Utilization)
Applicants must provide personal information according to the form designated by the Company.
Article 7 (Approval of Application for Utilization)
- The Company generally approves applications unless there are exceptional circumstances.
- The Company may postpone approval for reasons such as lack of facilities or technical issues.
- The Company may reject applications in cases such as false information, underage applicants without
consent, or misuse of another’s name.
- If an application is rejected or postponed, the Company will notify the applicant unless legally
prevented from doing so.
- Re-application within 90 days after membership termination with the same information may be denied.
Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)
The Company respects and protects members’ personal information according to applicable laws. Details include
collection, use, and protection under specific legal frameworks such as GDPR. Refer to the Company’s Privacy
Policy for more details.
Article 9 (Use of Personal Information)
Personal data is collected minimally for service provision and may be shared with partners under user
consent, only for legitimate business purposes.
Article 10 (Change of the Contract)
Members may view or change their personal information, withdraw consent, or terminate the service contract at
any time.
Chapter 3: Obligations of the Contracting Parties
Article 11 (Company’s Obligation)
The Company provides stable services and addresses user complaints properly. It also protects personal data
per Article 8.
Article 12 (Obligations of the Member)
- Members must comply with Company policies and not interfere with operations.
- Members are responsible for managing their ID and password.
- Illegal use of another’s ID or password must be reported immediately.
- Members shall not engage in commercial activities using the service without prior consent.
- Service rights cannot be transferred or used as collateral.
- Members must not engage in prohibited activities such as hacking, harassment, or posting illegal
content.
Chapter 4: Utilization of the Service
Includes Articles 13–22: defining range of services, posting rules, copyright, advertising, and temporary
service suspension.
Chapter 5: Contract Cancellation and Utilization Restrictions
Details situations where a member’s contract may be terminated, including misuse, illegal activities, or
policy violations.
Chapter 6: Damages and Other Matters
Includes limitation of liability, compensation clauses, and designation of competent court for legal
disputes.
